Bruce Springsteen is bringing his act back to the Verizon Center on Monday, and at least four lawmakers are holding fundraisers on the occasion: Rep. John Carter (R-TX), Rep. John Barrow (D-GA), Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA), and Rep. John Hall (D-NY). (What’s with all the Johns?)
This isn’t as many as turned out for the boss’ May concert, but there may still be more invitations floating out there that we haven’t seen. (Please, send them to us!)
Last time, ordinary people had a tough time getting tickets, while the lobbyists attending the fundraisers got easy entre, if for a price higher than face value.

Entertainment Type: type of gathering, such as "breakfast," "ski trip," "bowling"
Other Lawmakers Mentioned: lawmakers mentioned on invitation who are used as a draw for the event
